FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You can book securely online, using a credit or debit card. To do this, firstly fill out the quote form, then click the 'View quotes' button to receive a list of discounted airport parking providers. You will then be taken to a screen where the parking options are listed. Here you can review all the different types of parking available and decide which one suits you best. The options are listed as 'On Airport', 'Off Airport/Park and Ride' and 'Meet and Greet'.
Once you have decided, click on the 'Book Now' button next to the relevant type of parking and you will be taken to the booking screen. Fill in the online form, select confirm booking, make the payment and after your payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation instantly on-screen, then shortly after, via email. This confirmation will include the printable directions and instructions about how to get to the car park.
Alternatively you can arrange the booking by phone, simply call 01293 277727 during our office hours (MON to FRI 0930 to 1730). If you have any problems or queries you can email us on info@airportparkinggenie.com.
When you make a booking with Airport Parking Genie, you'll be asked to provide us with an email address. We then use this to send you a confirmation email containing your unique booking reference number, details of your airport parking and directions to the car park. If you book a Meet & Greet parking deal, we'll also provide you with the 24 hr airport operations number.
Booking confirmation emails are automatically generated and sent instantly, the reason your email may have not come through is that your mail server may have blocked the email. Please check your junk/spam mail folders before contacting us and requesting us to resend the email to a different email address.
Please check your confirmation (under the arrival procedure) for the telephone number of the service provider you have booked with. Airport Parking Genie Ltd are a booking agent and will not be meeting you.
Anyone responsible for moving your vehicle while it is parked with any of our parking providers will be covered by the appropriate insurance.
If you need to make a change to your booking, please let us know as soon as possible by email reservations@airportparkinggenie.com or call 01293 277727. Depending on the airport parking deal you've booked, we may be able to amend the booking free of charge provided that adequate notice is given.
Delays aren't usually an issue. We provide your return flight number to the car park you book with so that they can monitor the status of your return flight and be aware of when to expect you. If your delay results in an extra day or days' parking being required, additional charges may be levied by your chosen car park.
Please contact the car park provider to have your vehicle ready for your return. Refunds however, cannot be made for unused or part stays.
Some airports have certain policies in place for the use of its drop-off and pick-up areas, charging an entry/exit fee at the short stay car park and charging for the use of the set down areas. Booking in advance could not only save you up to 60%, but it allows you to travel safe in the knowledge that you have a parking space reserved for you, even when demand is high.
Absolutely, however you MUST have all your information with you printed off or clearly visible on your mobile/tablet to produce to the car park provider. If your preferred product is unavailable please call our Customer Care Team on 01293 277727 and they'll try to book you in.

This is how much the car parking provider charges per day, if you simply turn up on the day and pay for the parking. This price can change without warning. By pre-booking with Airport Parking Genie you can save up to 60% on the gate price.
All online payments are processed through the WorldPay payment system using a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data.
The transfer of the purchase details from the retailers' site to WorldPay are encapsulated using their own encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof.
Data storage on WorldPay systems, and the communication between WorldPay and the worldwide banking networks, is regularly audited by the banking authorities to ensure a secure transaction environment. They also ensure that they stay up-to-date with the latest versions of any third-party code used, and continually review their own proprietary code.
